A true panic attack is THE WORSE feeling in the world . Imagine feeling like you are having a heart attack ,your mouth goes dry , you can't catch your breath ,and your scared out of your mind ....but you really have no idea why ???? She can't tell you what she needs because she probably doesn't know herself ! Read up on panic attacks ....offer her support by just being there for her . Reassure her that you care , this may have to be repeated over and over . Encourage her to seek medical advice .Sometimes it takes medication and therapy to get it under control .

Has anyone here ever had Lyme Disease ?
by troubled mind ini am going to the doctor today because of a strange 'rash' mark on my arm .
two weeks ago we were pulling out an old bush in the bakyard when i felt something poke or bite me on the arm .
i just shook my sleeve out and kept working ,then the next day i notice this red ring like rash that is clear in the middle about the size of a quarter .

Thanks snoozy for all the information ! I will keep up on this ,if in another week symptoms are not better or rash isn't gone I will take your advice . We live in north west Illinois near the Mississippi River .

I figure if it is ringworm the ointment should clear it up in a week ....if it doesn't go away then i am going to insist on a blood test for Lyme disease

Elder keeps calling and calling and calling
by troubled mind insince the sheparding visit a few weeks ago i have had three phone calls and two drop bys from the elders .
we have been gone both times they stopped by (but our son saw them and did not answer the door ).
the phone messages are directed to me not my husband, and the one left today he sounded a bit on edge .

Good grief they stopped by AGAIN today when I was getting ready for work ....I ignored the door again . Plus there were two phone calls before they stopped (they are calling first while out in service then stopping by too ) but no one left a message.

Well the Doctor doesn't think it is a tick bite , but rather 'a fungus among us '. He said it is most likely ringworm so he gave me pills and an ointment .

I am going to the Doctor today because of a strange 'rash' mark on my arm . Two weeks ago we were pulling out an old bush in the bakyard when i felt something poke or bite me on the arm . I just shook my sleeve out and kept working ,then the next day I notice this red ring like rash that is clear in the middle about the size of a quarter . I thought it looked like a ringworm type mark ,but it doesn't itch and it isn't raised . I kind of just ignored it ,but then this past week I keep getting slight flu like symptoms ...nausea ,headache , just not feeling well . So I look up rashes and Lyme disease rash came up and looks very much like what I have ......
Any one else have experience with either Lyme or Ringworm ? Do the rashes itch with either one ?
